These Terms govern access to and use of notabook.info. The platform is offered as workflow, document support, identity-verification, and related software services. It is not legal advice, legal representation, notarization, official certification, or state-backed authentication unless expressly stated for a specific service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and use the service only for lawful business or personal purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that submitted documents and instructions are accurate and authorized.
2. Service scope
Processing, acceptance, legal effect, and practical usability of any document depend on document type, jurisdiction, counterparty requirements, and whether licensed professionals or third parties are involved. References to electronic signing are limited by the Act on Electronic Signatures and Certification Business, 電子署名及び認証業務に関する法律.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, unlawful data collection, sanctions evasion, infringement, or submission of false or misleading records. You may not present the platform as providing attorney-only services. Service use remains subject to the Attorney Act, 弁護士法.
4. Fees, cancellation, and refunds
Fees, billing timing, cancellation rights, and refund conditions will be presented before purchase where applicable. Any consumer-facing terms should be interpreted consistently with the Consumer Contract Act, 消費者契約法. Statutory disclosures for online contracting are handled in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, 特定商取引に関する法律.
5. Privacy and verification data
Use of the service may require identity, company, contact, document, image, audio, or video data. Handling of personal information, third-party provision, overseas transfers, security measures, and user requests is governed by our privacy notice and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, 個人情報の保護に関する法律.
6. Availability and liability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, acceptance by every counterparty, or a specific legal outcome. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Complaints and escalation
Please contact us first with any complaint. If unresolved, you may request further handling through our support channel. Information on dispute escalation is provided in line with the Act on Promotion of Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
